Civil Service College (CSC) Singapore is a statutory board under the Public Service Division, Prime Minister’s Office. We are the central learning institution for the Singapore Public Service and we play a pivotal role in partnering government ministries and agencies to develop people for a first class public service.
CSC brings together public service officers from diverse backgrounds and provides them opportunities to plug into a service-wide network to exchange views, build shared ethos and perspectives, creating a rich environment for dialogue, knowledge sharing and learning.
Through our programmes and services, CSC aims to build commitment and strategic capacity in governance, leadership, public administration and management for the Singapore Public Service.
You will strategise and plan programmes to facilitate entry or expansion of the assigned country portfolio. You will network and build strategic partnerships with key stakeholders. You will also be responsible to track and analyse trends in training and development and design and develop study visit/training programs for international delegates. In addition, you will manage the team’s budgets and expenses.
•Good communication, project management and consulting skills, with the ability to multi-task
•Ability to lead and guide the team in providing excellent service to the international delegates
•Strong interest and knowledge of Singapore Government and international current affairs
•Strong command of the English language and proficiency in second language (written and spoken)
•Good Degree in Humanities or Business with at least 6 years of relevant working experience in the field of learning and development
