Civil Service College (CSC) Singapore is a statutory board under the Public Service Division, Prime Minister’s Office. We are the central learning institution for the Singapore Public Service and we play a pivotal role in partnering government ministries and agencies to develop people for a first class public service.
CSC brings together public service officers from diverse backgrounds and provides them opportunities to plug into a service-wide network to exchange views, build shared ethos and perspectives, creating a rich environment for dialogue, knowledge sharing and learning.
Through our programmes and services, CSC aims to build commitment and strategic capacity in governance, leadership, public administration and management for the Singapore Public Service.
You will be responsible for smooth administration of existing and new training programs, seminars and conferences. You will performing full spectrum of course administration duties including registration, class set-up and logistical arrangements as well as compiling feedback on programs to ensure that relevant parties review the feedback for continuous improvement. You will work closely with the Marketing and Customer Relationship Team to leverage on existing business relationships to further develop potential business for CSC as well as see to customers’ needs, handling course queries. In addition, you will provide support and assistance to trainers and resource persons for the smooth delivery of training programmes as well as assist the Team leaders in the running of the Team’s courses.
-Polytechnic Diploma in Business Administration with at least 2 years' working experience in administering training programs
-Strong administrative, writing and interpersonal skills
-Ability to anticipate customers’ needs and provide excellent customer service
-Able to work independently as well as in a team
-Able to work well under pressure
