Responsibilities
We are looking for an independent and dynamic individual to join and lead our team of dedicated officers in the areas of public feedback and citizen engagement. You will supervise the team in preparing timely assessment of public sentiments, managing REACH’s new media and social media feedback as well traditional feedback platforms, organising youth and general outreach events, producing informative online and hard copy publications on government policies, and interacting with government agencies, grassroots and community partners on public consultation projects.
Requirements
You should have a good university degree with at least 5 years supervisory experience. You must have a strong interest in current affairs and public policies and have good analytical skill. You must write well and be skilful in editing papers and publications. You should be highly driven and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and interacting with the public. You must have a good understanding of new media and social media channels, trends and culture. Your experiences in event management and media communication will be a plus factor. Only candidates with the relevant experience will be considered.
