You will provide administrative and executive support for the Education and Outreach team. Responsibilities include registration and confirmation of tours, management of tour enquiries, bookings and tour schedules and administrative support for procurement and payment procedures. You will also assist with guide training and conduct of tours, and the co-ordination and management of publications production, programme development and publicity.
Diploma in Tourism, Education, Business Administration or other relevant fields
1 – 2 years of working experience
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Motivated and organized team player
